Romans 12:12
"rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer; "

Just a verse I saw on a shirt that struck me very deeply today. (:

Long suffering : Having patience in spite of trouble.
After searching online for some university admission information, I got really upset and angry. Sat down and calmed myself, and I was reminded of
Ecclesiastes 7:9
"Do not hasten in your spirit to be angry, For anger rests in the bosom of fools."

Ahs, gotta watch my temper :X
